MA PO TOFU

Recipe for busy days. It’s quick and easy.

Serves: 4 persons

Cooking time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

90 g minced pork

2 tsp canola oil

1 pk. Lee Kum Kee sauce

1 med. sized red or green pepper

2 dried Shitake mushrooms

1/4 cup water

The Ma Po Tofu Sauce ( Lee Kum Kee) I’m also using Soyafresh Tofu.

Procedure:

Soak dried mushroom in water for 3o minutes. Drain well and shred. Slice bell pepper into thin slices. Set aside. Heat oil in a pan or wok, add garlic. Stir fry pork until done.Add shredded mushroom, green pepper and bean curd. Add Lee Kum Kee sauce and cook until sauce thickens. Sprinkle shallots and serve immediately.

Note: Additional mixture added like mushrooms and bell pepper.
