STRAWBERRY-KIWI FAN

Serves: 2-3 people

It’s a finger fresh fruit of 2 flavors that gives a bite of freshness. Creating a fan style, it looks good as it tastes. I made 2 different kinds of fruit with same method lately, it’s a quick way to serve strawberry in a unique way.

What you need: 

10 pcs  med- sized fresh strawberries, 1  pc  fresh Kiwi

How to make:

Wash strawberries in cold water. Remove the sepals.

Using a sharp knife, make a thin slice from the head  so it can stand steadily.

Let strawberry stand backward, make a thin slice from the end to split a bit.

Peel the kiwi and cut it cross ways, you are going to make a rounded or wheel form. Cut all pieces into half.

Carefully insert the half piece of kiwi into the split ends of the strawberry.

Arrange strawberries good enough to hold the kiwi firmly in order to create a fan look. Cover with cling film and refrigerate. Serve.

Note: You can only keep ripe strawberries for 3 days only.
