Daily Meal Servings with love and creativity


My everyday habit to make fruit shake for the family. Literally, there are many ways to serve fruits, one favorite of mine is turning fruits into drinks like; juices, smoothies and shakes. It’s not only refreshing but also healthy and nutritious.

Cantaloupe  Shake

Makes: 300 ml. 

What you need: 1 cup cantaloupe, 1-2 teaspoons of honey, 11/2 cup ice cubes

How to make:Scoop the cantaloupe flesh or cut in cubes. Put together cantaloupe cubes,honey and ice cubes in a blender. Puree until thick and smooth. Adjust the taste,you can add more honey if you want. Pour into tall glasses and garnish with cantaloupe flesh or mint leaves. Serve immediately.
