Season: Different varieties of imported melons are available all year round, except for watermelons, which are in season only during summer and early autumn.
To make melon rings:
Halve the fruit crossways, scoop out seeds and cut slices into sharp knife.
To make melon wedges:
Halve the fruit lengthways, scoop out seeds cut into wedges
To make melon balls:
Scoop out the melon flesh with a melon baller.
I have different types of baller but, I preferred this one, it works both ways from end to end.
To serve: You can also combine melon with other fresh fruits.

Do the same procedure, cut all fruits into shapes or bite sized just like this.
Arrange all fruits on a platter or bowl, and refrigerate it for 30 minutes before serving.
