Oriental Fried Rice with Chicken Legs

I only have a small amount of cooked leftover rice, chicken, beef, and shrimps from yesterday’s meal so, I came up with the idea to cook my own style of  Oriental fried rice. This is unusually tempting, making its second appearance and taste on the table. I was surprised for the taste was delicious besides, I can save my time and money.  This is a great and practical idea to use left-overs so food would not be wasted. You see, It transformed into a new look now. Some people do not want leftovers because it is dry and not appealing anymore. Never mind, it wouldn’t be dry if you keep it closely tight in a container. If you do not want leftovers, Do not over- estimate the amount of food you want to cook because it will go to waste, If you want it to go to good use, It’s simple and easy. I would like to share it with you. When you have only small amount of leftovers, unsure on how to use it, store it in packages. This will give you time until there are enough portions for a choice of dinner.  I have a great trick for this recipe. Do you know that there is something hidden inside the fried rice? This is my Surprise trick. The chicken leg was covered with fried rice.

 HOW TO COVER THE CHICKEN LEG.

Place the fried chicken legs on plate.

Spoon the fried rice on top, good enough to cover the whole fried legs. Place a slice of anchor butter on top.  (You can use any kind of butter.)

ORIENTAL FRIED RICE WITH CHICKEN LEGS 

Ingredients                                                         

2 tablespoons oil

1 tablespoon broth powder

2 teaspoon, light sauce

1/2teaspoon sesame oil1/8 teaspoon, white peppe

1/2cup green peas

1 med size carrot, sliced thinly

4 slices of cooked leftover ham, sliced thinly

2 Chinese sausages, sliced thinly

1 clove garlic, finely chopped

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/2cup medium size cooked leftover shrimps

3 green shallots, sliced thinly

3 cups cooked leftover rice

Directions

1. Saute garlic in oil until crisp. Reserve half of the garlic for garnish.

2. Add shrimps.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients, ham. sausages, carrots and green peas. Stir-fry over high heat for about 1 minute.

4. Add rice, broth powder, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce ,and mix well.

5. Lastly, Add beaten eggs, Stir fry constantly for about 2 minutes over high heat.

6. Garnish with green shallots, and minced garlic.
